Cause 3 of 5: The text message is written and/or sent incorrectly

The text message can't be sent if your phone isn't used correctly.

Solution: Write and send a text message correctly.

Find "the new message icon"

Press Applications.

Press Messaging.

Find "the new message icon"

Press the new message icon.

Step 4 of 8

Select recipient

Press Enter recipient here.
Key in the first letters of the required contact.
Matching contacts are displayed.

Step 5 of 8

Select recipient

Press the required contact.

Step 6 of 8

Write the text

Press Enter message here.
Write the text for your text message.

Step 7 of 8

Send text message

Press Send when you have written your text message.

Step 8 of 8

Exit

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.

Press Applications.

Press the new message icon.

2 Select recipient

Press Enter recipient here.
Key in the first letters of the required contact.
Matching contacts are displayed.
Press the required contact.

3 Write the text

Press Enter message here.
Write the text for your text message.

4 Send text message

Press Send when you have written your text message.

5 Exit

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.
