You can't make voice calls - Samsung Galaxy Tab

Cause 2 of 11: Fixed dialling is turned on

Fixed dialling allows you to select which numbers your phone can call and send messages to. When fixed dialling is turned on, you can only make calls and send messages to fixed numbers.

Solution: Turn off fixed dialling.

Find " Fixed Dialing Numbers"

Press Applications.

Find " Fixed Dialing Numbers"

Press Settings.

Find " Fixed Dialing Numbers"

Press Call settings.

Find " Fixed Dialing Numbers"

Press Fixed Dialing Numbers.

Step 5 of 7

Activate or deactivate

Press Enable FDN or Disable FDN (depending on the current setting).

Step 6 of 7

Activate or deactivate

Key in the PIN2 and press OK.

Step 7 of 7

Exit

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.

1 Find " Fixed Dialing Numbers"

Press Applications.
Press Settings.
Press Call settings.
Press Fixed Dialing Numbers.

2 Activate or deactivate

Press Enable FDN or Disable FDN (depending on the current setting).
Key in the PIN2 and press OK.

3 Exit

Press the Home key to return to standby mode.
