You can't receive voice calls - Samsung Galaxy Tab 7.7

Cause 1 of 1: Divert of all calls is turned on

If divert of all calls is turned on, you can't receive any calls. All incoming calls are diverted to your voicemail.

Solution: Turn off divert of all calls.

Find "Call forwarding"

Press Apps.

Press Settings.

Press Call.

Press Call forwarding.

Cancel all diverts

After a moment the current settings are displayed.

Cancel all diverts

Press one of the following options:
Always forward

Cancel all diverts

Forward when busy

Step 8 of 11

Cancel all diverts

Forward when unanswered

Step 9 of 11

Cancel all diverts

Forward when unreachable

Step 10 of 11

Cancel all diverts

Press Disable.
Repeat until all diverts have been cancelled.

Step 11 of 11

Exit

Press the home icon to return to standby mode.

1 Find "Call forwarding"

Press Apps.
Press Settings.
Press Call.
Press Call forwarding.

2 Cancel all diverts

After a moment the current settings are displayed.

Press one of the following options:
Always forward
Forward when busy
Forward when unanswered
Forward when unreachable
Press Disable.
Repeat until all diverts have been cancelled.

3 Exit

Press the home icon to return to standby mode.
