Cause 1 of 3: Automatic mobile data usage is turned on

If automatic mobile data usage is turned on, your phone will use mobile data when the connection to the Wi-Fi network is poor.

Solution: Turn off automatic use of mobile data.

Find "Wi-Fi"

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Find "Wi-Fi"

Press the settings icon.

Find "Wi-Fi"

Press Connections.

Find "Wi-Fi"

Press Wi-Fi.

Turn on Wi-Fi

Press the indicator to turn on the function.

Turn automatic use of mobile data on or off

Press the menu icon.

Turn automatic use of mobile data on or off

Press Advanced.

Turn automatic use of mobile data on or off

Press the indicator next to "Switch to mobile data" to turn the function on or off.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Wi-Fi"

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.
Press the settings icon.
Press Connections.
Press Wi-Fi.

2 Turn on Wi-Fi

Press the indicator to turn on the function.

3 Turn automatic use of mobile data on or off

Press the menu icon.
Press Advanced.
Press the indicator next to "Switch to mobile data" to turn the function on or off.

4 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
