Restore factory default settings

If your phone gets slow or doesn't work as it usually does, it may help to restore the factory default settings. All settings and configurations you've made on your phone are deleted.

Step 1 of 8

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Step 2 of 8

Press the settings icon.

Step 3 of 8

Press Additional Settings.

Step 4 of 8

Press Back up and reset.

Step 5 of 8

Press Reset phone.

Step 6 of 8

Press Erase all data.

Step 7 of 8

Press the required setting.

Press the required setting. Wait a moment while the factory default settings are restored. Follow the instructions on the screen to set up your phone and prepare it for use.
