I can't use the internet connection on my Motorola Edge 60 Pro Android 15

Cause 1 of 4: Your phone hasn't been correctly set up for internet

Several functions on the phone require an internet connection, e.g. when you use the internet browser, send email and install apps.

Solution: Set up your phone for internet.

Find "Access point names"

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Find "Access point names"

Press the settings icon.

Find "Access point names"

Press Network & Internet.

Step 4 of 17

Find "Access point names"

Press SIMs & mobile network.

Find "Access point names"

Press the name of the SIM.

Find "Access point names"

Press Access point names.

Create new data connection

Press the new data connection icon.

Enter a name for the connection

Press Name and key in One NZ Internet.

Enter APN

Press APN and key in vodafone.

Select APN type

Press the drop down list below "APN type".

Press default to turn on the setting.

Select authentication type

Press the drop down list next to "Authentication type".

Select authentication type

Press PAP.

Save data connection

Press Save.

Press the field next to the data connection to activate it.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Access point names"

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.
Press the settings icon.
Press Network & Internet.
Press SIMs & mobile network.
Press the name of the SIM.
Press Access point names.

2 Create new data connection

Press the new data connection icon.

3 Enter a name for the connection

Press Name and key in One NZ Internet.

4 Enter APN

Press APN and key in vodafone.

5 Select APN type

Press the drop down list below "APN type".
Press default to turn on the setting.
Press arrow up.

6 Select authentication type

Press the drop down list next to "Authentication type".
Press PAP.

7 Save data connection

Press Save.
Press the field next to the data connection to activate it.

8 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
