I can't make voice calls on my MobiWire Dakota Proprietary OS

Cause 4 of 14: Your own caller identification is turned off in your price plan

If your own caller identification is turned off in your price plan and you're trying to make a call with caller identification turned on, your call won't go through.

Solution: Turn off your own caller identification.

Step 1 of 7

Find "Caller ID"

Press the Navigation key.

Find "Caller ID"

Select Settings.

Find "Caller ID"

Select Call settings.

Step 4 of 7

Find "Caller ID"

Select Caller ID.

Step 5 of 7

Turn your own caller identification on or off

Select Send ID to turn on the function.

Step 6 of 7

Turn your own caller identification on or off

Select Hide ID to turn off the function.

Step 7 of 7

Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Caller ID"

Press the Navigation key.
Select Settings.
Select Call settings.
Select Caller ID.

2 Turn your own caller identification on or off

Select Send ID to turn on the function.
Select Hide ID to turn off the function.

3 Return to the home screen

Press Disconnect to return to the home screen.
