I can't receive voice messages on my Samsung Galaxy Xcover 5 Android 11.0

Cause 1 of 4: Your voicemail hasn't been set up

To receive voice messages, you need to select voicemail settings.

Solution: 1) Call 0800 MYPHONE to access the main menu.

2) Key in your area code, leaving out 0, and your phone number,
e.g. 9123 4567.

3) Key in your temporary PIN (described in the welcome letter you've received) followed by #

4) When asked to key a new 4-digit PIN do so and key in #

5) Follow the verbal instructions to set up your voicemail.
