Cause 1 of 11: Caller Line Identity hasn't been turned on in your price plan and you're trying to make a call with your caller identification shown

If Caller Line Identity hasn't been turned on in your price plan and you're trying to make a call with your caller identification shown, your call won't go through.

Solution: Turn off your own caller identification.

Step 1 of 7

Find "Caller ID"

Press Apps.

Step 2 of 7

Find "Caller ID"

Press Settings.

Step 3 of 7

Find "Caller ID"

Press Call.

Step 4 of 7

Find "Caller ID"

Press Addtional settings.
After a moment the current settings are displayed.

Find "Caller ID"

Press Caller ID.

Step 6 of 7

Turn your own caller identification on or off

Press Network default, Hide number or Show number.

Step 7 of 7

Exit

Press the home icon to return to standby mode.

Press Apps.

Press Settings.

Press Call.

Press Addtional settings.
After a moment the current settings are displayed.

Press Caller ID.

2 Turn your own caller identification on or off

Press Network default, Hide number or Show number.

3 Exit

Press the home icon to return to standby mode.
