Cause 2 of 3: Your phone isn't assembled correctly

If your SIM or battery isn't inserted correctly, you can't turn on your phone.

Solution: Make sure that both SIM and battery are inserted correctly.

Insert SIM

Open the small cover on the side of your device.

Insert SIM

Turn your SIM as illustrated on the cover.

Step 3 of 4

Insert SIM

Slide your SIM into the holder until it clicks into place.

Close the cover again.

Open the small cover on the side of your device.

Turn your SIM as illustrated on the cover.

Slide your SIM into the holder until it clicks into place.

Close the cover again.
