Cause 1 of 4: The voicemail number isn't saved in your phone

To listen to your voice messages, you need to save the voicemail number in your phone.

Solution: Save the voicemail number.OR Call 707 to check your voice messages.

Press Apps.

Find "Voice mail number"

Press Settings.

Step 3 of 7

Find "Voice mail number"

Press Call.

Find "Voice mail number"

Press Voice mail.

Find "Voice mail number"

Press Voice mail number.

Step 6 of 7

Enter voicemail number

Key in 707 and press OK.

Step 7 of 7

Exit

Press the home icon to return to standby mode.

Press Apps.

Press Settings.

Press Call.

Press Voice mail.

Press Voice mail number.

2 Enter voicemail number

Key in 707 and press OK.

3 Exit

Press the home icon to return to standby mode.
