Cause 3 of 4: Connection is refused by hotspot or access point

If a connection is refused by a hotspot or access point, you can't use Wi-Fi. Hotspots and access points use different security settings. If you can't connect to a hotspot or access point, you may need to change the security settings.

Solution: Contact the hotspot provider or access point administrator to obtain the correct security settings.
