I can't make voice calls on my One NZ Smart P12 Android 11.0 (Go edition)

Cause 7 of 15: The selected network is out of range

If you've set your phone to use a specific network, it can't get a network connection if the selected network is out of range.

Solution: Turn on automatic network selection.

Step 1 of 10

Find "SIM card settings"

Slide two fingers downwards starting from the top of the screen.

Find "SIM card settings"

Press the settings icon.

Step 3 of 10

Find "SIM card settings"

Press SIM card & mobile network.

Step 4 of 10

Find "SIM card settings"

Press SIM card settings.

Step 5 of 10

Select network manually

Press the name of the SIM.

Step 6 of 10

Select network manually

Press the indicator next to "Automatically select network" to turn off the function and wait while your phone searches for networks.

Step 7 of 10

Select network manually

Press OK.

Step 8 of 10

Select network manually

Press the required network.

Step 9 of 10

Select network automatically

Press the indicator next to "Automatically select network" to turn on the function.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

Press the settings icon.
Press SIM card & mobile network.
Press SIM card settings.

2 Select network manually

Press the name of the SIM.
Press the indicator next to "Automatically select network" to turn off the function and wait while your phone searches for networks.
Press OK.
Press the required network.

3 Select network automatically

Press the indicator next to "Automatically select network" to turn on the function.

4 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
