I can't use the internet connection on my Motorola Moto G05 Android 15

Cause 3 of 4: Data roaming is turned off

To use the phone's internet connection when abroad, data roaming needs to be turned on.

Solution: Turn on data roaming.

Find "Mobile network"

Slide your finger downwards starting from the top right side of the screen.

Find "Mobile network"

Press the settings icon.

Find "Mobile network"

Press Network & Internet.

Find "Mobile network"

Press Mobile network.

Turn data roaming on or off

Press the name of the SIM.

Turn data roaming on or off

Press the indicator next to "Roaming" to turn the function on or off.

Turn data roaming on or off

If you turn on data roaming, press OK.

Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Mobile network"

Slide your finger downwards starting from the top right side of the screen.
Press the settings icon.
Press Network & Internet.
Press Mobile network.

2 Turn data roaming on or off

Press the name of the SIM.
Press the indicator next to "Roaming" to turn the function on or off.
If you turn on data roaming, press OK.

3 Return to the home screen

Press the Home key to return to the home screen.
