I can't play music on my Apple Watch Series 9 watchOS 11

Cause 2 of 5: The headset isn't working

If you can't hear music on your Apple Watch, it may be due to a faulty headset or that the headset hasn't been connected correctly.

Solution: Check that the headset is correctly connected to your Apple Watch or try again with another headset.

Find "Bluetooth"

Press the Digital Crown.

Find "Bluetooth"

Press the settings icon.

Find "Bluetooth"

Press Bluetooth.

Pair Bluetooth device with your Apple Watch

Press the required Bluetooth device.

Step 5 of 5

Return to the home screen

Press the Digital Crown several times to return to standby mode.

1 Find "Bluetooth"

Press the Digital Crown.
Press the settings icon.
Press Bluetooth.

2 Pair Bluetooth device with your Apple Watch

Press the required Bluetooth device.
The other Bluetooth device needs to be turned on and be ready to connect via Bluetooth.

3 Return to the home screen

Press the Digital Crown several times to return to standby mode.
