Cause 3 of 4: Incoming calls aren't diverted to your voicemail

To receive voice messages, you need to divert calls you can't answer to your voicemail.

Solution: Divert calls to your voicemail.

Find "Keypad"

Press the phone icon.

Press Keypad.

Divert all calls

Key in **21*707# and press the call icon.

Divert missed calls

Key in **61*707*20# and press the call icon.

Divert if unavailable

Key in **62*707# and press the call icon.

**67*707#
Step 6 of 8

Divert if busy

Key in **67*707# and press the call icon.

Step 7 of 8

End call

Press Dismiss.

Return to the home screen

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.

1 Find "Keypad"

Press the phone icon.
Press Keypad.

2 Divert all calls

Key in **21*707# and press the call icon.
**21*707#

3 Divert missed calls

Key in **61*707*20# and press the call icon.
Key in the required number of seconds before the call is diverted, e.g. 20. The number needs to be divisible by 5.

4 Divert if unavailable

Key in **62*707# and press the call icon.
**62*707#

5 Divert if busy

Key in **67*707# and press the call icon.
**67*707#

6 End call

Press Dismiss.

7 Return to the home screen

Slide your finger upwards starting from the bottom of the screen to return to the home screen.
